Private Yoga and Meditation
I approach my private practice with reverence and respect. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and serene place where my clients can quickly sink into the bliss of meditative depths.
Everyone must go at their own pace, which is why I begin any client relationship with an hour long consultation, so I can understand what their needs and challenges are and design a yoga and meditation program to best suit any lifestyle. Seamless integration of yoga into ones life is only possible if we begin with the right dose. I take the guessing work out of the equation for you and help you to sustainably build a lasting platform of mindfulness, meditation, nurturing movement, and a stronger mind and body.
Yin yoga, restorative yoga, and sound healing are primary aspects of my practice; meditation is a cornerstone. I very much enjoy teaching vinyasa yoga as well, as that is the style I teach in my studio practice. This being said, I take pride in encouraging my clients and students to go deeper into practice by always beginning with a mindful breath, conscious stilling of the mind, and a strong dialogue with the body. Without these elements, it is my belief that vigorous asana will not take you that far.
Mobility is very important to me, which is why I have a home studio but also the ability to come to you. I can provide all the props any session might need, and my sound healing practice of crystal singing bowls are also easily portable.
